Startup Toolchain - comprehensive list of online tools and resources. Somewhat biased towards software, but useful nonetheless.
Research
ETH Zurich - also EMPA (materials), EAWAG (water & environment), WSL (forest, snow), PSI (physics & other). National-level science and technology research. Sister university is EPFL.
University of Zurich - canton-level, research focus.
Zurich Universities of Applied Science - teaching and application focus.
